Jenny Gluck, Information Technology Services’ Associate CIO of Academic Services, is responsible for physical and online learning technologies and service strategies used for technology-enhanced teaching and learning activities at Syracuse University. She is responsible for the technology in the 170 Registrar classrooms, informal learning spaces, ten computer labs and a MakerSpace with 3-dimensional printers and holographic displays, lathes, routers and electronics.

She is passionate about ensuring the availability and reliability of instructional technologies such as Blackboard campus learning management system, Adobe Connect used for virtual classrooms and office hours; Mediasite lecture reinforcement system, Mobile and a variety of Web 2.0 tools.
