Dr. Melissa Harts is the Vice President of Technology and Distance Education at PHSC. She was previously the College’s Dean of Institutional Technology, and she was also formerly the Director of Technology and Information Services for the Hernando County School District. She attended Columbia University Teachers College where she earned an Ed.D and M.Ed in Educational Technology. She also graduated from the Columbia School of Journalism with an M.S. in broadcast journalism; and she is a former graduate of Fordham University where she earned a B.S. in Media and English.
