Robert Birkline is the Manager of Web Technology: Business Solutions in the University of Houston’s Information Technology Services and Support department. Robert started at UH as a Senior Application Developer and brought his diverse private sector experience transforming the Web Technologies application development team into the agile team it is today. During his 10 years at the University, he has worked with students, staff, and faculty to offer new ideas, methodologies and self-service tools to enhance web and mobile development. Robert has been a leader on UH mobile initiatives since 2013 and currently leads our work on the UH Go mobile app developed using the Modo Labs Campus platform.
