The Conference will take over the course of three days. The first two days, Tuesday and Wednesday, will take place at the hotel conference center. Thursday, the third and optional Workshop day, will take place at the MIT Media Lab which is a short five minute walk from the hotel.

Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is the closest and most convenient airport and there is public transportation from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is located adjacent to the Kendall Square stop on the Red line of the MBTA. From the airport take the Silver line to the Red line.
