Felecia Flack, Assistant VP for Information Services
Felecia is the Assistant VP for Information Services. Having spent more than 30 years in higher ed, her focus has always been improving service and access to information for faculty, staff and students.

Chris Lewis, Director of Learning Management and Technical Service
Since beginning as a programmer at NMU in 2004, Chris has served many roles (he developed NMU’s first mobile app in 2012). He is currently the Director of Learning Management and Technical Services with responsibility for NMU’s LMS. His technical knowledge facilitated the integration of the university’s ERP with the Modo platform.

Bill Richards, Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager Bill brings staff together from across the university to implement technology solutions that improve business processes and enhance service. His background in Student Affairs helps shape the roadmap for student-centered mobile app development.
